SAP IBP for High-tech and electronics Demand, Supply planning/ Optimization and Allocation Planning

Built based on my experiences implementing SAP IBP at Seagate, Anritsu.

Solution will give you the ability to identify bottlenecks in real-time, ability to collaborate with relevant factories and suppliers and get updated commits. This way supply organization can resolve supply chain issues working their way through the entire network in shorter cycles compared to before.
